A lot of spy Mains forget heavy mains exist. If bro had disguised as a sniper and pretended to hold the choke he'd have more of a chance against an aware Heavy
@@Vorobey69 i was a spy main for a lot of years so i understand the rage those lads feel ,still does not excuse these behaviors those spies lost control
@@asrielthegameryt7834I think that a spy dying to any other class than a pyro spy checking counts as cheating in their book because other classes aren't allowed to spy check

Gamesense does often look like hacking from the other end. There is easy proof to get though, even gamesense cannot see you with a cloak and dagger. If they do : Yep hacks
Well, i think it's actually kunai + ringer that destroys patience and forces you into stupid tank playstyle. Other weapons, especially YeR, both invis watches, Big Earner were always built only for mindful plays and wise fights-picking
I would debate that it's not the dr, it's people thinking it's as op as before and going as you said like a tank, you can use the dr with yer and it's pretty effective once you use it for its intended purpouse, but what do i know im a sniper main@@licemere9899
@@KingKayro87 I just fuck around and try to actually fool enemies by acting like their teammates and not just be the average trickstabbing deadringer + kunai spy
I fucking lost it here 17:55 like, the heavy not seeing the sniper, the sniper just taking a good sec to realise that there is a heavy right bloody there, just to get shanked by a medic. This is peak pub tf2.
Dead Ringer Kunai spies are the fucking worst. Not only do they just backstab one person and feign death every single time, but you can even hit them with a random crit as they backstab someone and it still won't kill them
Spy mains be like:” eh why did you turn around and kill me, you are cheating”. My brother in Christ, you are playing the weakest class in the game, countered by turning around
I usually don’t get called a cheater because I’m either donking or medic but this is so true you are trying to stab the one guy on my team who can spot spy and turns around what do you expect I literally have invisible spies killed strange part on my blutsauger
@@owenblount7334 What would be more infuriating for these people? Getting caught by the class that's most weak by them or the class that is "not meant to be fighting"? I hate when people scream that Medic is not a combat class while all he did was just defending himself.
7:24 Small tip: You can hide your "Num Num Num" by doing any of the voice commands in order not to die to enemy that know you are weak and you are gonna eat a sandvich.
As a spy main with over 1200 hours, it's sad to see that the only reason people play spy nowadays is to just try to trickstab with kunai and when they die, someone else has to be the reason for their skill issue.

I never understand how all Spies online are so stupid and wonder how they get caught out before they can strike. Remember: 1. Stop disguising as Scout and running in a straight line. 2. Stop disguising as a Spy in the enemy backlines, there is no reason for a Spy to be on his team backlines. 3. Stop running straight at your targets' backs, people are not stupid and they will notice their "teammate's" weird behavior.
@@theghosttm8245 I see. As you rely heavily on your disguise, it just means you gotta play your part with even more commitment to your role in order to fool the enemy. I once withstanded a Medic onslaught of syringes completely still, I used voice commands to say "No" and then he proceeded to heal me and turned his back to me, you can guess what happened next... 😈
Spy is meant to be played by the relaxed and thoughtful, the dudes who can achieve the hidden zen found in TF2 that not many can achieve. If you see a Spy raging and throwing Hackusations then they truly aren’t a real Spy Main, they are just disguised as one
When I played YEARS ago I never touched the Dead-ringer. I used the cloak and dagger! Slowly infiltrating the enemy base in CTF maps by going from corner to corner, carefully making sure not to bump into players and avoid W+M1 pyros. Playing spy as a stealth character and not some sweaty tryhard. It was fun!
8:18 i always heard about how easy is to top scores a spy, but now that im seeing the difference with my own eyes, its fucking crazy that they can put 80% less effort and get that many points
Jokes aside, I will be making a video where I'll do a little experiment to see how easy it is to topscore as spy in comparison to other classes (specifically my mains), because yes, THOSE scoreboards were simply insane.
@@Vorobey69 I mean you've already proven that, you have a video joining late into a server and topscoring by the end with spy because of how ridiculous it is. Not that I'm saying not to, it'll still be another good video for sure.
As a spy main i just try my best with acting and being sneaky and the rest is just a big gamble ......either you hit the jackpot or you completely get vaporized from existence 😆
Spy: runs up to you, looking directly at you, as a spy/scout on your team's backline (very out of place) that same Spy: "Why do they always shoot me?!"
The fact that they keep kicking you even after your teammates said you clean is just sad to see. They can at least ask you first but no, straight up vote.
I think it's because people are just so paranoid from the height of the bot-crisis, that they'll kick anyone if there's even a chance they could be hacking or are a bot.
>select spy. >Play spy with kunai and dead ringer. >Dominate half the server. >Try to kill a target that isn't a fresh install. >The target actually spy check. >The target kill the spy. >The spy called the target a cheater. >Refuse to elaborate. True me Vs kunai spy experience, really, just because I am f2p doesn't mean that I am brain dead... At least I can get cheese kills because everyone underestimate me...
i can tell when someone is actually using cheats a normal playing will still fully turn quickly, but a cheater will just straight up snap 180 instantly, its why spy is a great class for finding cheaters easily
@@porkyminch1640 do you have problems with cheaters? Go Scottish resistance. Really, 9 times out of 10 no one expect that they're are gonna fall into a trap.
All disguises are valid in the proper circumstances (even the spy disguise, but that is ONLY to make your enemy stop shooting you if you are falling back to safety), it's just that these spies are very bad at playing spy and thus default to the scout because it does not kill the spies own speed and it also fucks up things for snipers ability to quickscope them (you shoulnd't be in the line of sight as a spy anyways you fool). Also spies can make their disguises far more convincing by switching weapons often, pretending to be a engineer (as an example) with the wrench out only to fall back when your "enemy" approaches while pulling out the shotgun, jumping once or twice and calling for a medic will give you a precious few more seconds ontop of the 1-2 seconds a disguise usually gives and if the medic starts healing you, it increases the value of your disguise because most people will assume the medic has already spychecked you. Another way to fool people is to be the sniper, go to the common sniper spots (that are still close to your real targets) and pretend to be sniping, pull out your kukri and pretend to be looking for spies then go back to pretending to be sniping. basically play as if you would actually be playing as the class you are disguised at and you will find far more success. Spies also need to learn to watch with the sides of the FoV and not with the center, looking dead ahead on a enemy as if you were targetting them is a guaranteed spy check. If you must absolutely look at someone, then look slightly off to their side and not dead center on their back or on their chest/head. It's so easy to just slide in with A or D when the time is right and get your le epic chainstabs or high value target (usually medic or heavy) and slip out real fast before anyone even registers what happened. Also avoid chainstabbing unless they are pushing for last or the point and there's no other option. Scouts, Engineers, Demomen, Sniper and Pyros are not high value targets (engineer is, but only if he's carrying a building) and they are often found pushing together with the team. It's better if you kill 5 high value targets over 3 minutes rather than 2 high value targets and 5 low value targets over a chainstab and then inevitably dying. The exception to the high value target rule is if they are the top scorer, then regardless of class they are a high value target because they carry their teams. Oh and use the damn revolvers more often. Pyros cannot do shit if you put 3 bullets in that "things" chest. Calm down, stop panicking over being on fire. Also obtain zen, stop raging.
1-scout's model is smaller 2-scout's head doesn't alignment with spy's hitbox. So it makes it a little harder for snipers to headshot you. Realistically though, not a spy main but I've played a little spy here and there. Randomly getting headshotted was not really a problem. With that said, I wouldn't disguise as soldier or heavy. If you disguise as a class slower than you are, you will move at that slower speed. All other classes are fair game though. Noting slow scout is a thing, and why medic no heal is another thing.
11:58 I think what gets me the most about this sequence of events is that demo and scout didn't even _try_ shooting you until you started shooting them, even though you were focusing someone else and didn't even know one of them existed.
Even tho kunai stomping is fun, if you wanna kill people like voro you need to play smart. The only thing i can see working consistently are dropstabs from weird positions.
I love how in lore, the spy is always the calm, mastermind of the team that gives orders and even helps his team However, spy MAINS are quite litteraly the opposite in everyway 😂
What's funnier is if you're in a community server with All Voice Chat enabled and kill an invisible spy because he won't stop talking on the mic. Like they don't understand the giant ! over their heads.
11:12 this happens more than you expect because it really is not fun to main spy when the enemy is aware the spy class exists so requeue's happen alot. Some are gonna stay so they can play against better opponents to improve but a lot of people just requeue and hope to get a clueless red vs clueless blue match
Spy checking is a ban-able offence on some community servers don’t you know? Snipers can’t be SMG checking every corner after bumping into a spy, no one can mean and switch to Pyro to spy check, and third way I got kick for spy check was just using jarate…. Spy cry hacks, admin goes invisible near me without me noticing, spy bumps me again and let admin die in the crossfire so he have a reason to ban me. Weird how it happen Thrice.
As a spy main it makes me sad to see these people rage like this just because they can't get stabs on paranoid players So many spy mains (especially kunai dead ringer ones) seem to think that just because they got behind the enemy they deserve a kill No, you have to manage your enemy's paranoia, you have to be able to find creative ways to disrupt the enemy team, you have to keep track of pyros and which flank routes they tend to watch, as well as letting your team know if a flank isn't guarded by a roamer If you can't do these things, it doesn't matter how good you are at trickstabbing, its your fault you keep getting killed by aware players and your fault that your team loses despite your point count
Spy is only a weak class when you only use your Knife as your main source of kills. Equip something other than the L'etranger, Kunai and Dead Ringer for once in your life.
How to tell if a heavy is hacking: 1: He turns around. Heavies are widely renowned for being the perfect backstab targets for a good reason. If you ever see a heavy turn around, call him out, there's no reason for him to turn around unless he has wall hacks and can see you while you're invisible. 2: His aim is good. People play heavy because they have really bad aim and use his minigun as a crutch. Anyone who has good tracking is actually using an aimbot because if they're so good at looking at people, why don't they just play sniper? Hackers are also known to switch to heavy to hide their aimbot because as a single shot class like sniper or scout, it's really obvious when someone is aimbotting when only firing one bullet! 3: The heavy starts randomly shooting everywhere. Heavies only have a small amount of ammo (200 sounds like a lot but its only 20 seconds of shooting per life!) so the fact that they start shooting everywhere while looking for a spy is suspicious. The real reason a heavy starts shooting everywhere is because he's either new and doesn't understand that heavy isn't pyro and shouldn't be spychecking corners and other players like pyro does, or because he has wallhacks on and is pretending like he just happens to hit you while randomly shooting a direction.
I played against 2 Spies (probably mains) once (on Upward) as Heavy. They were trying (and failing) to trickstab me and I taunted them after every fail. They got so butthurt, that when on the next match (on Barnblitz) we ended up in the same team, they tried to kick me. With this they succeeded on the second try 😝
@@CannyBow Ignoring the fact how for half the video a spy is farming vorobey You just feel called out by arinami's comment because it perfectly describes you lol, all you do is a-d-a-d rub in people's faces with kunai hp buff hoping for a stab
@@vaan_ same energy as "ooh im gonna wiggle my mouse, trickstab!" you literally have no idea what goes into getting good at spy and just chalk it up to button mashing and random chance 🤣 also it is objectively correct when i say they arent good, you can see from how they play that they are not that great at the class.
People in that last game is so funny, they ran up to an overhealed heavy EVERY TIME, NO CHANGE OF STRATEGY and the most logical thing to them was "heavy is cheating"
For some reason my video quality is locked to 360p and i cannot change it to 720p, this might be my own problem but i just wanted to ask if you guys have the same problem.
*Good players plays as a specialist class and still performs well "See? This specialist class isn't bad, he doesn't get hard countered by his hard counters! And he definitely isn't 1 of the most flat and monitone classes!"
Peoples really need to realize how limited the class spy is before they choose to main the class, instead having unreal expectation and spend ton of times on it just to find out how less impact the class can do and how useless the class is against players with decent game sense that are not deaf
It's bizzare, because spy is the best character to check if someone is cheating (other then looking at their ping or whatever) because he can just check if they can see him when he is completely invisible (obviously asuming you arent invisible in a high traffic area) As a part time spy main I can comfirm that the players will do the most inconvenient things at the most inconvenient times, and I only got like 80 hours, how tf are pub stompers this dense?
Its called ego, I suffer from it sometimes. Ive got 2k hours in game and when I die to stupid stuff I just get mad because how can I die to stupid stuff with 2k hours? Its embarrassing, the anger is
Not necessarily, closet cheaters often set their scripts to ignore invisible spies, this usually only works with blatant cheaters who aren't exactly trying to hide it.
@@WaterBisquitte In TF2 2k hours is not that much. You start to get 'good' at like 3k aprox. 💀 But anyways, ego is a B, if you start getting mad just take a long breath and do something else, your mental will thank you.
I remember playing heavy in an active fight and i shit you not 4 spies went right for my back one by one while I was being shot at. I survived and killed all the spies.
something i’d like to point out in this heavy gameplay-> he’s not jump revving around every corner because that would be bad, instead, for some corners, he keeps his rev and peeks, this is due to the massive fucking damage increase when you have stayed revved.
I was in a game where a spy was ragging on a sniper for cheating. These days i tend to assume the worst about snipers. But we asked what was up with the sniper since he was very low on the leader board. The spy said "he keeps shooting random corners when i'm invis like he knows i'm there."
