This still highlights the issue: trolls and inters do not get banned but people who flame do. Flaming is muteable, and quite often it’s both teams talking shit for some competitiveness, but you can’t stop people from trolling

@@madman4043 Flamers deserve bans but not as easily as you can nowadays. Inters can get away with running it down several games before being banned for 2 weeks (I've actually tried it and it took me 10 games of running it down as Xin with 0/20+ death KDAs before I got a 2 week ban) and that's if they're being super obvious about it. You can have soft inters that afk push or troll supports that sit behind their ADC the whole game doing nothing who will never get banned for ruining games. A flamer can get chat restricted within 3 games and can get a 2 week ban within 4 after that and yet it's so easy to ignore flamers by just muting them. You can't avoid soft inters or trolls.
Tf blade is actually the nightblue of top lane. Keeps trying to fight 2v1 after dying, blames his team then makes a show of trying to get some random guy banned while playing on a smurf. Stay classy.

It's not Gold it's Diamond 3. You can expect a lot from a Diamond player. When people Smurf in low elo it's a different story but 99% of League Ranked players should know that you don't just simply reach Diamond 3 without being at a certain level of skill considering that this giant amount of players very clearly fails reaching that point.

His last game was 2 days ago, still not banned. No sort of punishment has been given to him, even though we have public footage showing how he inted, but flaming will lead to a chat-restriction or straight to a 14-day ban.
Is normal in garena server people abuse the system too. And they don't get ban they purposely troll like the nunu. If you meet them in rank game. I meet these type of people in my silver 1 promo. 3 time in a row and lose my promo he even congratulate me of being demoted . Making so piss and he report me I get a chat restrictions for 20 game. But I report him. Nothing happens. Seriously a dumb game and a report system that don't work. Riot don't even know care for the people that actually wanna get good at the game. Rather they ban the. For being toxic because of people purposely acting like this. Yea balance . Can't believe in high elo in this video still seeing the same shit that it is in silver and gold. Wait 1000 years till you get to my rank. Go into rank game meet 4 feeders. And inter like this game. If really unlucky meet again same people they don't again plus all the toxic. I from bronze climb to gold 4 already almost get permanent ban because of angry. I am a rational and calm person and don't simply get angry. But my own team is the enemy of the game plus I need to face enemy team. Both side toxic. People even don't even respect a rank 1 to blade + famous streamer what about me . A nobody . Playing this game is more stressful than freaking maths. I love the game but hate the people. It's a team game but need to 1 v 9 and deal with lots of bs and reporting don't work!!!!!. I play rank in the first place because I thought low elo only have these type of people. I know at my server plat an d diamond also have but I think when reach master and challenger I don't think there are these type of people this is why I play rank despite its torturing.

And I was getting camp whole game by enemy jungle their sp keep roaming to mid too it was hell. My team never ping ms , never help. I ask the jungle to help me . He told me why should I? I say because I always get gank and I set up freeze so you can gank. He said I won't gank your lane . After this conversation he came mid and take my cs. Keep farming my cs even though I was already so behind in cs and level. every time I died because enemy tower dive me he would spam uninstalled noob die and keep ping missing. After that he would say your family die all of those toxic shit. I flame back and guess what. How lucky I am in solo q that the other 3 people is his friends what a coincidence. So it's 4 people flaming me and trolling me . The jungle Lee is the worse . And than they saw I flaming the Lee his 3 friends follow me everywhere I go . I base they base. I take cs they steal my cs. They see enemy come I ask them attack . I go in and they watch me 1 v 3 and die. After that I was so titled I afk for awhile and they don't want to surrender holding me hostage . I ask enemy to end they say they want to see me suffer. Nice game. After that I got so angry I just keep spam flame at 4 of them. In the end they say they would report me for intentional feeding and toxic. In the end I report all 4 of them nothing happens. But me? Ban. For toxic and intentional feeding. Yea . So this proof you can get 4 friends in rank flex or if you lucky in solo q. You guys can troll and feed and make 1 guy go crazy and bully the heck out of your own teammate for their own amusement and get the fellow ban because it's a 4 v 1 report. They even ask the enemy team to report me I don't know they did or not. This is why I quit this fking game. This game don't need mechanic , don't need game knowledge I spend so much time on this game money and time. In the end I master the mechanic of champions. It doesn't even matter because when your team feed , troll . They win. You can't solo carry any more. Even if you are 21 kill and 2 death but your team keep feed you lose. been playing games for 14 years, this is hands down the worse community ive ever seen. at least 90% of my silver games someone asks everyone to report a person. its like... we silver.... we all fkn suck who cares.

Actually it's because oracle lens has a lower cooldown than warding totem. After switching from oracle lens to warding totem when oracle lens is off cooldown then the warding totem will have two wards ready, thus shortening the total time needed to refresh wards.
i get why he's tilted at the start, getting camped. But he didn't use 1 ward. And he constantly pushed up when he knew graves was gonna come back over and over.. He could've played better.
