Nice review, thanks for sharing it however there is a little discrepancy in the review that while all other mobiles are full HD plus, Samsung galaxy A20 is only Full HD ie its screen resolution is 720 * something.. While other mobiles have 1080 * something screen resolution..cororally therefore while the ppi of A20 is less than 300, other mobiles have much higher ppi than that therefore the test result will be eschewed. It would have been better if you had taken A50 which have full HD plus screen. Also there is the matter of using sRGA plus DCI-P3 colour Gambut and using only sRga colour Gambut as well as NTCI production.. These factors also affect the display quality.

Everything depends on display calibration, like apple amoled displays are from Samsung which are calibrated to show natural picture quality, If you are rooted and your kernel support KCal , you can calibrate your display as you want, for ex i like saturated colors like amoled displays on an ips display, i can. difference will be marginal.

Both k20 and realme x has super amoled sourced from samsung, thr difference is k20 has 600 nits automatic brightness with hdr support and realme x has normal oled with 400 nits, though both displays are great to use

At first i was curious about the display of m40 here coz the tft on thus display is different from tft display of nova 3i..but after i research about m40 it uses anmore advanced tft display and they use pls tft which is only samsung modified this display..very impressive how samsung change the traditional and cheap tft display in to more looking premium that ips

Ips display is better for editing photos mainly due to color accurancy......amoled display's saturation level and Vibrant colors is boosted.....for watching movies and home screen customization amoled and s amoled display is better
