Seeing a pro skater who isnt currently signed to a shoe deal wearing a certain brand doesnt always equate to them being on. Its called being a free agent
T. Funk being on SB X Jordan is the biggest odd couple…but CRAZY dope!!! Only thing that sucks is they will be $125-$160 at least. And most of the sales will be by people that don’t even skate.
Just so you know, a lot of the people who buy these collabs are sneaker heads and as corny as it is they keep shops open and help the community that way
@@gaucho_amigo oh,I know! I’m old as crap(44). In the 90s we could find Dunks(highs) at the outlet stores for like $15-$20. They were basketball shoes that weren’t popular at that time. People saw them as “fake” Jordan’s. Because the first Jordan’s came out before them. And the Dunks were pretty much the same design. And dunk lows didn’t exist . Nowadays you have to enter a dammm raffle and a bunch of other rules. Just to MAYYBE get a pair from your local skate shop. And then the screw the shops by only allowing them to have a small amount to even sell! But give non skate retailers and websites thousands of pairs. That will all end up at a sneaker convention for $500.sReally makes me sad. I’m sure it does the same to you..and many other skaters.
I was thinking the same thing but also think that he’s not really choosing the right shoes for his style, the Jordan 1’s just don’t work but some of the other shoes he was wearing looked fine
Yall saying tfunk on Nike is odd or out of ordinary, however he has always skating shoes for style not for the functionality. Also he has traded in tricks for maneuvers.
Average B roll from Funk, the main highlight was the perfect Ollie North! But he's really good at the tricks he's been doing for awhile. Hopefully he surprises us later this year! edit: yes I'm being critical of my favorite skater
I like watch a lot of funk footage, I noticed he never use to wear the same shoes twice, one day in converse, next day doc martins, now he appears kitted out with the victory Nike sandals ☮️🫒
t funk with nike is one of the worst combinations I've seen, although it doesn't take away from the fact that the son of a bitch is still a beast on the board
