If you get top 1 with 4 kills its good for common player. Keep in mind that you’re watching a pro gamer playing… This is actually his job, he plays every day, trains hard and then becomes a legend. And also he plays against noobs in unranked matches, his enemies are not as good as him

It's not really hard once you have a good pair of earphones and a sense of where shots come from TGLTN hears shots from areas then accesses who he's going to engage by proximity after that it's just hoping ya shots hit and being patient in every engagement
