I have been wondering this for a while now, but what are seasoning seeds? Do they have a different name in the West? Aside from that, this was a good video. I will have to try it some time if I can find that cut of meat.
Seasoning seeds is word by word auto-translated I guess, "Hạt nêm" "seeds" for seasoning, things bigger in shapes than "powder", small piece (usually sphere shaped) also called "seeds" (Hạt/hột)
@@longmrcroc8345 In that case, it is not what I am thinking of. I did notice in the video that it was granular, but I wasn't sure if it was just the brand, or if that is how it is normally. I will have to do some more looking around for it then.
