This was one of my favorite N64 games, i've always wanted to go back and play through 100%. Greece is a bit of a slog to start with but the 2nd level was amazing.
There might be but I don't think it would make much sense as the fog is used to hide the game doing it's magic and unloading the world at a certain distance and loading it in when you get close unlike games today that just lower the quality of the textures/models etc. So you'd just be seeing the world cut off and load in.
