Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester and his girlfriend Nandipha Magudumana, along with seven others, face charges including fraud, obstruction of justice, aiding a convict, desecration of a corpse, and arson in the Free State High Court.
Today's pre-trial hearing postponed due to changes in legal representation among the defendants.
One of the attorneys representing Zanda Moyo, a Zimbabwean involved in the case, withdrew citing Moyo's financial constraints.
Moyo reportedly lived with Bester and Magudumana.

Anyway who said he doesn’t know him? Even if it was Michael Jackson, he needed to be told of the status of each accused. When the matter goes on appeal it goes on paper and on the transcribed record, Thabo Bester won’t be appearing at the SCA in person.
