In a move to support the Thai government's efforts to boost Thailand as an aviation hub, Thai AirAsia X is its base back to Bangkok Don Mueang Airport.
CORRECTION AUG 21, 2024: Along with Thai AirAsia X and AirAsia X, Thai AirAsia (FD) also operates flights from Suvarnabhumi to select destinations - Chiang Mai, Phuket, Krabi, and Hat Yai
