@@lyn6768 sites like dramacool using the actors names instead of the characters makes people ship the actors rather than the characters, it’s made several BL actors uncomfortable in the past. Krist Perawat was open about feeling uncomfortable after being accused of dating his best friend Singto Prachaya Art Pakpoom was sexually harassed by his coworker then had to deal with the two of them being seen as relationship goals Toey Sittiwat and Ohm Pawat were shipped together when Ohm was only sixteen and Toey had a freak out during a live video Perth Tanapon and Saint Suppapong were shipped together by fans and because their production company was unhappy with the pairing, they accused Saint of being a gigolo and the two ended up never talking again despite being good friends There are several other examples I can’t think of right now, but basically this kind of advertising breeds toxicity and should be protested

Ya now they are making it buisness by selling it to platforms only gmmtv keeps most of their series in youtube

@@comradeleppi2000 ya'll keep forgetting gmmtv is a big company with dozens of sponsors, while other BL studios are independent and underfunded, hence why they sell their series to paid websites or channels otherwise they wouldn't be able to pay the actors and the camera crew etc.

@@lyn6768 agree..their business model is different since gmmtv is already well established they hv many sponsors and also they get their business through selling the merchandises, artist endorsements and FMs..all they need to do is make their series available for viewing so that it will be famous then other business will come..
