Cotton candy or candy floss is wrapped in a thin sweet roti (crepe or thin pancake) and called roti sai mai it originated in the old Thai capital Ayutthaya. It is a popular snack throughout Thailand. The green colour of the crepe is from the pandan leaf. Sold separately but easy to assemble yourself.
They are really delicious and not too sweet.
