Great video. Fun fact, I used can tuna in water just maje sure you strain out tge excessive water before deep fry it if you can use motar to pound the fish for extra fluffiness.

I would have put half of the crispy fish on the side and put it right on top before serving up the plate follow up with cilantro and chopped scallions.

Sorry, Haircut, it may be tasty but I'm not gonna deep fry fish at home. It's just not practical.
