Since you are weeks away from completion; 1) documented all those construction junk/scrap laying around so that you can push your builder to clear out before he run off 2) documented your yards especially where you see water pooling. It need to resolve before your contractor run off. 3) remember to install rubber/silicone ring at your 4 inch toilet pipe before they put the WC. 4) The dirt/soil elevation around the house must be slope away from the house
