Dear Mr Sausage I am by no means a sausage expert, however I can almost predict with certainty which sausages you make will burst. I believe for sausages that have a higher moisture content you'll need to leave more room in your casing to allow for the expansion. I'm almost sure this is why you keep getting blow outs with some of your sausages. I hope this helps.

Suggestion: Make a Reindeer sausage, or finnish dish Called Poron Käristys = fried Reindeer, its a minced Reindeer in a brown sauce and potato smash with lingonberry jam Edit: Reindeer meat is really low fat so you may need to add some. and some think beer needs to be added to the sauce

@@fleshtaffy Surprisingly there's plenty of specialty stores in America that sell both of those things, though a butcher that sells Reindeer meat might be a bit more iffy, but lingonberries could be found in probably most grocery stores

I disagree. 5/5 would be when all of the food hits the wall, and as you can clearly see in the video, quite some food falls on the burners, so i do think this is a 4/5.
