비닐끈을 제거 하지 않고 화덕에 넣고, 기름에 튀기네... 비닐끈 기름에 다 녹아서 오리껍질에 코팅 되었을 듯.

I had a beijing duck when I traveled to China. It was very good! I wanna have some Thai-style peking duck and duck skin dish If I visit to Thai next time. It looks like chrispy! 😍

I have a question about the colour of the oil. When we look at Korean fried chickens, the cooking oil is always light coloured(very fresh and 'new') But the oil here is pretty brown, I hope it's not oil that are reused quite often... Thx

Hi. This is not Korean chickens. This is Thai Fried duck, which is similar with Peking duck. I speculate the red oil is chilli oil sauce.

the brown redish is Annatto Oil. it is used to give that color to make food look better. but then again reuse oil has always been a way for street food vendors and these kind of food shop in asia countries to save on cost. high end restaurant wont reuse oil

Because Korean always good at pretending clean infront of a camera. Bts, Korean process is similar like any other Asian country. No glove, no mask, dirty oil, etc.

다른건 다 참아도 날개다리 구멍 묶은 비닐노끈을 같이 튀기는건 진짜 참을수가 없어서 댓글 남깁니다.. 꼭 가게에 얘기해주셔서 바뀌었으면 좋겠네요..

북경오리가 유명한 이유 유래, 고려 압록수(鴨綠水)오리 鴨 조선하(압록수) 오리를 상징 북경에는 오리가 유명한데 오리들이 많이 사는 "압자구"가 있으며 다른 말로 "압록"이라고도 하고 거기에 흐르는 물가를 "압록수"라고 한다. 중국 고지도에도 북경위에 압록수 표기 지도가 존재한다 그보다 먼 옛날, 단군조선 시대에는 "조선하" 라고도 불렸다. 고려가 만주와 한반도로 영역이 줄어들었을 당시 옛 압록의 기억을 가져와 요하를 압록이라 불렀고 우리가 아는 그 강이 지금의 압록강이 되었다. 광둥식 오리요리도 유명 하지만 원래 오리지널은 압록 오리 구이 입니다

O pato a pequin que eu comi é muito mais sofisticado que esse, sendo desossado inteiro com maestria e sem desmontar o pato, a seguir apos o tempero o pato fica a noite na aragem e ao vento e durante o dia na geladeira, só após sete dias segue para a fritura, fica especial
