I’m going back to Thailand for the first time in 6 years in June and I’m super excited. I missed the food and atmosphere so much. I’m Thai but moved to the US when I was 4. I normally go back to Thailand every summer but after I started college I wasn’t able to. We had saved up to go back in 2020 but then covid happened and everything shut down. I miss my homeland so much❤
Thailand is so rich in food & of course snacks. 😊 There are even more snacks and fun-to-eat food in supermarkets like TOPS (@Central World) or GOURMET MARKET (@PARAGON) hahaha
@@JacobandJennyTravel yeah. And if they offer to heat up. Let they heat it up a little. And the sandwich are tasted lot better if you let they toast it first.
I’m Thai! And I really love your transition between review and 7-11 it’s interesting! I’m gonna share this video to my Thai twitter community omg❤️❤️❤️
8:19 that one is called tilly twins my favorite childhood snack it was only 2 bath back in the day. I liked to put it in the freezer overnight the chocolate on the outside layer was set and cold made it more delicious.
for me, those thai desserts in 7-11 cold section are the best. the prices are a litter bit higher than those of street foods but their portions are just right. and the tastes are better than most street foods.
If you like spicy snacks, I recommend the "Bento" squid snack from 7-11 and those doughnuts & salted eggs mochi that you haven't picked are great too 😆. If you stumble upon the pandan filled doughnut in 7-11, don't miss out on those!!! Also the 'le pain' pan bread (the round flat one) and the white 'beng beng wafer are really nice too! Hope you haven't left Thailand yet. You definitely need to give those a try!
There is so many different flavor options! We are for sure trying to taste them all! 🤤 we will be looking out for Thai flavor! Thanks for your comment :)
Seaweed sounds like a fun snack. Who has time to find the fork?? Let Jenny eat her sandwich! 😂 We feel like we need to go to the dentist after this video!
I am Thai and working in Texas. If you have any chance to go back to Thailand again or to Asian supermarket in the US, please look for Lay with sweet basil flavor. I bought some and gave to my colleagues. All of them like it.
Hello Jacob and Jenny, welcome to Thailand. I myself think that 7-Eleven snacks are not healthy. Well anyway I eat some of them as my reward for hard-working days. So once in awhile I eat snacks from 7-Eleven. I love this video and I'm going to let my students watch it because it links to their lives. Thank you for creating this video.
Next video will be "Jacob is sick again" that's a lot of food for the price..it's sad that I can go to the local gas station and buy just one thing for that price. Is it considered expensive in Thailand for rhe people that live there?
