お店に並んでいるものの製造している風景を見るとお店に並ぶまでたくさんの人の手間が掛かっているのがよくわかりました。朝に店頭に並べようとすると夜遅くの作業になるんだろうけど時計を見ないと想像できませんでした。手作業で行っている所と機械化されている所を見るとすごく発展の余地がありますね。何気なく手に取る製品のありがたさを思い出すことができました。

ココナッツ搬入が夜なので、１次加工が深夜〜朝、２次加工（アイスやゼリー）が日中という流れでした😃 たくさんの人が昼夜を問わず働いてくれてるおかげですよね！ Thanks for watching 🙏✨

imagine waking up at 5 am to stack coconuts for an hour, split and separate them for another while your wife sooths your infant child, spend the rest of the day skinning and processing the product, all for youtube to go "oooh, ahhh, so amazing, so special, how satifying" now do that every day for your life

This video is just a 25 minute compilation of what we shot over a 24 hour period. If you're up at 5 am, you can get plenty of sleep, and it's not much work. In reality, they do these things every night and morning without a break. You only see the surface of things, but you talk as if you know everything. Respect their work.
