Curious, how does Jib react when you say "Honey, lets get out of the city and do something fun this weekend" and you end up at a dam? Great video as always!
hahahaha, great questions. This trip was actually Jibs idea. We both love these types of areas and despite being outside of Bangkok play an important role for the city.
your damn beard grew back fast // So damn what dam/ how the damn did you get to the dam ?//some damn nice views on your train ride//danit missing footage// nice dam//damn that look like you had a damn good time
Thanks man, I love being able to jump on the train from Bangkok and head out to spots, especially for day trips. I lost pretty much all the park footage unfortunately, but had a bit of the restaurants on the way out.
Now that's a really a damn damn dam! I like learning about stuff like this. Most people don't realize how big an impact a damn damn dam has on the local's lives. Thanks for sharing, Dana and Jib!
Nice video! I came to your channel to mention that I saw you beardless on Paddy Doyle's video. Big change! That was you, wasn't it? I wound up enjoying the damn dam video:)
Hey Charlie! Yes that was me. 5555. I did a shave on my livestream on my birthday in Dec. My face feels naked, but the beard is growing back. I sent you a connect request on FB to see if you wanted to go do a photo walk in BKK not sure if you saw it or not. Happy New Year.
Thanks Marco! I had actually been there once before I met Jib, but didn't even know there was a damn there. LOL. I didn't realize I had been there until I saw a big Hanuman statue and remembered.
I was on a train from Nong Khai to Krungthep and train stopped at the station for Pasak Jolasid Dam. I remember your video. It is really a nice pretty place. I wish I could visit one day.
@@IdeaStudioBKK that's awesome! Im ready to try bowling again but not til states simmer down so maybe next year. Meantime hunting 5 partial wooded acres so make a getaway on for future
It would be amazing to have Jib along to pick out the best foods. We would love to buy some of it but most of the time we have no idea what it is. Loving that green shirt. Always be For Riel, and hope you have a amazing Year.
The trains are an amazing way to see Thailand, slow and steady. I enjoy it a lot, but I also enjoy getting on my scooter and hitting the open road. Both have their positives and negatives, it just depends what you are in the mood for.
