I remember when we first got this team in Carolina. I told my grandmother, "I don't wanna be a Giants fan anymore, cz they represent Carolina like me..." My great uncle Ronnie Barnes was the head trainer for the NY Football Giants so you can imagine my family didn't like that decision too much. Grandma had my back. She watched every game with me until she left this world to be in her heavenly home. It's 18 years later and for the 1st time in my life I don't want to be a Panthers fan. I'm struggling with these emotions. Make no mistake, I was here before Cam and was prepared to be here long after his departure. But THIS?! I CANNOT stand with an organization that treats the lifeblood with utter disdain and disregard. I can't stand with an organization that lies to the fanbase. I can't stand with an organization that would turn their backs on a man that broke his back, came back, and dominated for you in the same year. The Panthers will never be the same without him.
