Is Bev delaying the start of closings and will she drag out instructions with lots of breaks so that the jurors can’t deliberate today? I think she wants to send them home this afternoon so they can come back “fresh” tomorrow morning to begin deliberations. She does NOT want a verdict today!

I have a question, just out of curiosity as to how things work with Karen’s defense. I SPECIFICALLY heard Jackson question the two ARCCA witnesses asking were they hired or paid by the defense for their testimony, right? Or maybe he just meant paid for their initial work/research. They answered NO! So my main question is, Turtle Boy did a fundraiser where he said the $50K was to pay for this. Although I know her Defense bills needs every cent and then some, I’m only asking because all of the “nay sayers” are calling these witnesses paid witnesses along with Dr Russell. I had heard she came to testify on her own $$$. Does anyone know how this works?

The money goes directly to the Karen Read defense fund. People donated directly on the defense fund link. Defense fund directly handled by her attorneys
I certainly hope you NEVER find yourself in a similar situation. We want justice for Karen Read. It would be way more greedy NOT to donate. Leaving a comment like that is SO unnecessary. SHAME!
We live in a country in which prosecutors depend on people not being able to afford good lawyers. Hiring good lawyers is the only language that the government understands.
