I woke up today feeling ungrateful. I literally googled “trouble feeling grateful” as soon as I picked up my phone. Then, I turned on RU-vid and the first video proposed to me by the algorithm was this one! This is perfect to find things you are grateful for on those days when you may feel more cynical. I recently found out I am Autistic after years and years of hidden struggle and pain, which almost ended my life. When listening to this recording, I thought of how grateful I am that I now know this, so I can live my life according to my real needs. Thanks Bob, for this gratitude practice, as it made me realize how far I’ve come since those days of absolute despair, and that life is actually beautiful ❤

Bob, one of the mentors I felt grateful was you and Pookie. I am going through a very challenging period of my life. Honestly, sometimes your podcasts are so positive and so high-energy that I am not able to keep up (yet). But when my energy aligns with you guys, your affirmation videos and your live program on Sundays are "just what the doctor ordered". It is hard to be positive and grateful everyday but I am making a huge effort to do it because otherwise, the alternative road is only depression and darkness and I sure don't want to go down that road. Just know that you are the proverbial string from where many of our lives are hanging. Thank you 🙏❤

Hi Alma. Thanks for the kind words. I'll think about your request. I always strive to have the background music at low volume. And I personally like hearing soft music when listening to similar recordings. Some people want the music to be louder, some softer. Some prefer more upbeat music and some none at all. It's a challenge to please everyone 😃 But I appreciate your comments!
