No one can help me with my service. Called multiple times. Spent hours with customer service. Cannot watch anything. Some channels work when they want to. Missing a lot of shows and sporting events because of this. Made me change the box, then tried to sell me a new router for an additional 18.00 a month telling me I do not know what so called updated technology is, only to find out that router is not compatible with our outside box.
