I’m not shipping them together but I love when they reach out just to touch each other’s arm or hand when they’re trying to remember things. Such adorable platonic affection in my opinion
I just got to say, I absolutely adore Connor not interupting Brooke while she talks about her family situation and he just sits there, listens, and gives her eye contact. It's so comforting. You can tell they have such a good friendship. And then when it comes back he switches the topic to get her to talk about something else. I just love them so much.
Idk if its the couch or what but the vibes this episode are SO GOOD! You both seem so happy and comfortable and it feels a lot like a genuine conversation and I'm just sitting in the couch chilling with yall. I dig it.
These guys work SO much better outside of a green-screen set. Allows B+C to be dripped out, also makes the pod feel like a living room hangout which I dig.
AWWWH i love the couch vibe!!! kinda cool to not have the green screen set for a sec, there’s nothing wrong with it I just sometimes forget they’re just in a room w a screen and the background is animated, this feels like more real lol but I honestly love both but i’d like this every once in a while
post family gathering drunk, haven't heard follow the drinking gourd in over a decade, heard brooke singing it and the room started spinning. not because of the family drinking but because i was taken back in time
thanksgiving in Arizona sounds pretty cool, they have one of the largest native populations in the country and plenty of native architecture, landscapes and culture to go with it
Brooke there are some really good beanless chili recipes online!! They still have the meat and veggies, like peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion etc. You get the chili flavour without the beans!
Brooke I urge you to try the grilled mac and cheese from Panera it’ll change your life. It’s like a grilled cheese but with mac and cheese and it’s delicious
oh gosh im an apple music gal and im not happy about it but it's my TRUTH!😬🤣i used iTunes as a kid and then got used to that interface so I hate Spotify's setup, like apple music has a recently added section and adds singles and albums to one place and doesn't have a "liked songs" playlist for all singles you add idk i wish I could get into spotify for the social aspect and spotify wrapped but im too used to apple music now (pls you can upload any mp3s and they'll show up in the recently added library and you can add them to playlists which is helpful for stuff that's not officially released on streaming)
You was so excited when I saw you two on the couch 🛋 for the comfy couch podcast 🤩🥹! I am off today and have cleaning to do at home and video editing … now I get to spend it kicking back with you guys! Edit: the soup, stew, and chili argument is the type of thing that rips families apart after a few beers on thanksgiving 🤣🤣 someone ends up leaving or actually fighting 🤜 lmao … ahh the US 😌
so interesting bc so many people don't see their family every year due to money or just never having that support system ig it took me by surprise hearing people bummed about that but if its what you grow up with it makes sense. so lucky
Wait like coming from a fellow 26 year old who grew up in suburban Philadelphia, I knew it was going to be THAT Harriet Tubman song before you even started singing it
