I practiced transitions to music during a rink session this weekend, then saw this video later. Taking it slow for now, but will increase speed later. Opening the shoulders and hips helps. Thanks for posting 😊
@jeaninejulian2596 it takes thousand of times but eventually you don’t need to slow down and you don’t even think about the mechanics of it. You’re right, the most important part is to turn the shoulders and face where you want to go first. So challenging at the start but the most fun and useful move in skating!
