Going for the win by decking yourself into what is basically the most versatile removal/answer possible in Sunforger is certainly a plan, glad to see you had just that situation in mind

Word on the street is they are one of those players who just expects to win without much resistance. Lucky for me that player doesnt know what a sunforger package is. Felt real good about this one.😄

@@CommanderReplayI mean; if they expected to win without much resistance while doing something dumb like that, what does that say about the majority of people thatplay edh? Like for real ill see decks with 0 answers that aren't expensive sorcery speed wraths and they'll complain about combos like they themselves aren't contributing to their lack of ability to stop themselves from loosing the game super early.

Should have responded after consultation resolved but before the oracle trigger does, this way they can't name a basic island to avoid exiling their entire library

Kill em after the demonic consultation resolves with "your temple is under attack". Which might just be a reasonable include in the deck anyway? Giving multiple players draws in response to someone trying to win the game could get you out of some sticky situations.

That could certainly work. However, given the context theres probably a ton of counterspells in that dudes deck so angels grace is the safest choice cause it cant be countered. I should have played it after the demonic consulatation, but I was really fishing for the screen shot. I might consider temple for the deck though, nice to have some card draw handy.
