Learning Management Systems (LMS) are used at nearly every higher education institution in the United States, and are pervasive worldwide. We wanted to know whether and how faculty use of the LMS has changed over time. This video reports on the analysis of five years of the Survey of Faculty Attitudes on Technology conducted by Inside Higher Ed. We found that there are some ebbs and flows over the years, but for the most part, faculty use of LMS has not changed much since 2013. The results of this investigation are described in further detail in this video. Studying this can help us understand more about the value that LMS bring to institutions, and evaluate the future of how LMS are being used.
