A lot would depend upon the verbiage in the release she signed. If it gave the photographer full unlimited use of any photos he took, then she'd probably have to prove the photographer's intent to willfully go out of his way to mislead his subjects. And if the magazine was named as a co-defendant in the suit, now it's a question of who can afford the better lawyer: a magazine with a legal staff and lawyers on retainer (and this was a nudie magazine in the 60s-70s so they *definitely* had lawyers)...or an actress' father. And if they could get another head-shot model to testify that she knew "head swapping" was a possibility and she was okay with that... But I am neither a lawyer, a photographer, nor a magazine publisher so take what I say with a huge grain of salt.

A hit or miss, but sometimes shows don't make it beyond a wedding episode, especially if the two main characters were living together (i.e. I Dream Of Jeannie, The Nanny). Now I know that Don and Ann was not living with each other pre-marriage, at least that I know of.
