The best part is when he says how many officers are there and how it’s making him uncomfortable when he asked for the supervisor and asked to get out of the car which required another officer to be there. 🤦♂️

Imagine he was about two times over the legal limit. With the use of a thick accent and irritable tactics, he was arrested but never given sobriety tests. …Later the court determined- due to the language barrier, the defendant’s misunderstanding was deemed “understandable.” The case was plea bargained down to a speeding ticket…. In all seriousness, these cops did great. Patient, professional, by the book.

It doesn't take all that much extra time.. keep in mind, the judge will be watching it too. Dude is completely sinking his own dispute case. "Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law." Plus, he's making it way easier for the cop to press obstruction and failure to ID charges and have them stick. So yeah, that's why cops usually let the 85s gabble on for a while. But not forever.

He should have his drivers license suspended until he understands that in the state of Illinois, he’s required to present his DL if pulled over for traffic violation.

But we are different from other countries because we don’t have cops just deciding they can beat someone up cause they are difficult. It’s suppose to be what sets us apart. Also our cops don't beat or shoot us on traffic stops, nor have I personally heard of anyone who is not a known criminal having his car searched on a traffic stop. In fact in 99% of the cases you get a ticket and if you pay it in 8 days you get 50% off, if it is a citation and you have to go to court, you can also plead guilty within 2 weeks and get the minimum fine for the violation. The USA is among the least civilized countries on this planet when it comes to police interactions, topped only by some 3rd world countries perhaps. Yeah, the officer was super patient. Honestly, too patient and that's what ruins it for normal people. After he refused twice they should have just arrested him

He was in handcuffs in under 10 minutes from when the supervisor got there, I don't fault the cop for waiting for backup, you don't know what people are capable of.
As an Eastern European myself I don’t understand why is he like that. All across Eastern Europe police would not be as kind and by now the guy would have been pulled out of the car. This shit wont work there.

Everyone is talking about the guy being a problem but I wanna point out how professional and calm these officers are. Never escalated, were EXREMELY nice and reasonable despite the drivers behavior. My praise goes to these officers who handled this stop like PROS.
They were very patient. I understand that people get upset that they don't get done quicker, but if they were faster then people would be screaming that they went against this idiot's rights. It's a no win for the police, which is wrong. They should be able to do their jobs without all the babying, but they are demonized for doing their job. I have mad respect for the police officers out there just trying to do their job and people judging them constantly.

This driver is questioning our laws by being difficult and refusing to give the LEO the documents he lawfully has to present until the officer shows him video proof he violated traffic laws. He argued that he knew the laws better than the police and what rights he had, even though it is obvious the guy did not. He was expecting to control the traffic stop and was deliberately uncooperative, but he found out who was running the show! Lol!😂🤣
👏🏼 Exactly what I said, He’s CLEARLY under the influence…he made ALL of the violations- speeding 30+mph on residential streets at night/blowing right through a stop signs in the middle of the night(he’s Legit gonna kill an innocent kid/etc) and he’s not using turn signals. You pull him over and he claims to know how things are done in this country(but he “loves you guy” = the cops) and keeps asking THE SAME QUESTIONS OVER & OVER & OVER & he’s slurred his speech MULTIPLE TIMES….ALL of The signs are there. The arresting officer even mentioned that he suspected he was under the influence to the female officer(which is why he said “do you want to do standardized field sobriety testing?” and she said ”oh it’s going in that direction?” And he said, “yeah I think so”) Even his supervisor wanted to hurry up and get on with arresting the guy because he CLEARLY kept asking what he did over and over and over and he STILL could comprehend(and it was not due to any kind of a language barrier ) it’s just kind of infuriating and that a guy doesn’t follow ANY of the laws on the road AT ALL/proceeds to waste All of that time arguing with the arresting officer. Even his supervisor was done with this guy wasting valuable time and he wasn’t even there for the 30+ minutes when the arresting officer was giving lawful commands over and over and over and for that officer NOT to do his due diligence by performing SFST standardized field sobriety test…honestly absurd, smdh.

As soon as the other officer shows up, tell that officer we’re getting him out, and he’s going. The fact that he kept saying, You have to prove it to me, and I’m not showing my license; that was immediate grounds for arrest. This is in every state. Also, the Officer was calm and collected the entire time, attempting to de-escalate. The guy was trying to escalate the situation by being an asshole

If anyone’s wondering why the officers are being so patient and explaining themselves a million times, it’s likely they’ve been told to be really clear with people with English not as a first language, they likely won’t understand fully the first or second time. This guy however was wasted 😂
@@dogger37JC Contact officer was killing time waiting on cover unit and Supervisor to arrive before he went hands-on. This guy was really sketchy, and it might have gone bad if the cop tried this alone. Waiting was a good call on his part.
There once was a time when all new immigrants were so thankful and polite when they arrived in our great nation after leaving their 'Parking Lots' behind...but now they're so bold, impolite, and disrespectful to our law and law enforcement!
