This is really great! Absolutely enjoyed reliving Bush's experience! I wish you'd include some of the clips Bush referenced. I can see them in my mind and how hilarious 🤣 they were.. & now I know it wasn't a show accident
Michael Jackson will be remembered hundreds of years later as we now remember Mozart, Tchaikovsky or Beethoven. Michael's music and artistic influence will live on forever.
The greatest testament to Michael's character - both as an artist and a human being - is the fact that a man who was so instrumental in making the magic happen - still thinks MJ was utterly magical (as) himself, outside the illusion. Which does go for practically all of MJ's collaborators and friends, many of whom were guests in MJCast podcast, which I would recommend to anyone interested in Michael.
At 32:10 when Bush talks about how the Bill Whitten “Victory Tour” jackets were too heavy to dance in, my mind instantly transported me to that rare footage of him on that tour. He was only like 115 pounds at the time; so when he would spin around, he didn’t always look like he wasn’t in complete control of his spins until he took the jacket off. I ALWAYS noticed that and even kind of felt it.
What a great interview it was. Many of us are grateful that Mr Bush wrote this book. It definitely helps to keep MJ’s legacy live forever. Thank you all for this interview.
I'm brazilian, huuge fan of Michael Jackson and heard about this interview when some fanclubs where talking about it and, guys, thank you for made this. Sooo special, so precious, all the memories Bush had being told by himself with so much love. Oh god, I almost can't believe I've watched this. Thank you!
I just loved this whole interview, made me laughing at several occasions and just want to say how much it is amazing for us to hear these kind of valid and true stories from people were very close to Michael. I’m very grateful to you guys for sharing this with us and to Michael Bush for everything he has done and still doing for Michael. I’m a MJ fan from a very young age and Michael always had a huge affect on my life. Thank you all for this interview! ❤️
I have the book Dressing MJ by Michael Bush and most of what he mentioned in the video is in the book. But by far that book was amazing and i read the whole book in two days. I commissioned a tailor (family neighbor) to build me some jackets. It started simple with the thriller jacket and then it just went crazy afterwards. I have about 8 of them if I remember. Michael Bush is someone who I look up to.
Michael the Iconic King of Pop! thank you so much Michael Bush for sharing your story...I enjoyed it..and I got the Book too......wished it was signed by you.....AMAZING GUY you are...Michael will remain Untouchable...
💕Definitely Bush Michaels music makes me feel better helping me get through breast cancer and radiotherapy at the moment I watch his concerts and listen every day up lifts me 💕music is a powerful thing
Just LOVED this interview! One of the best MJ interviews ever!! Candid and fun! My favourite outfit of Michael’s? Gosh.... soooooo many beautiful creations... but I guess I have two all-time favourites: The white pearl jacket and black shiny pants and glove he wore to the Grammys when he got the Legend Award, and the black rope braid jacket with red accents that he wore on a few multiple occasions, firstly to the White House to meet Pres. Reagan ! And I think also, the dipped-in-oil-look black leather pants and yellow shirt and HUGE metal belt he wore for the COME TOGETHER performance in the film Moonwalker... oh my God . 🔥 Bush-Hopkins-Jackson fashion creations were THE BEST ❤️💗
Fantastic interview. I listened to it while I was working on a project and was very interesting and learnt some things about Jackson I didn't know before (I wasn't a huge fan growing up, but since a couple years ago when watching a blatantly bullcrap 'documentary' made me go research the actual facts about him and read all the legal court files and evidence and such which I now know has ALWAYS been on his side despite what tabloids say, and learn what a great guy he actually was, I've become more open to listening to his music and also his humanitarian work and personality appeal to me too). I enjoyed listening to all the stories Bush told about Jackson. Very cool he brought those shoes and jacket along too. Seeing how those Smooth Criminal leaning shoes work was fascinating. A genius concept and execution especially since it had to work for a live show each and every night and work instantly too. The Simpsons story was funny if a lil sad because of how they tried to erase his episode despite the fact he's fully investigated & exonerated innocent man but they didn't do a thing about all the episodes that have actual pervs in them (mostly white rock stars like anthony kiedis, steven tyler etc who have admitted to doing things with young teens but no one seems to give a crap) and oh hey Matt Groening and his manky feet being massaged on Jeffrey Epstein's plane... ew... Nancy Cartwright (Bart) actually spoke in support of Jackson last year during a conversation on her Facebook. She said "I LOVED working with Michael. He produced Di (sic) the Bartman and was kind and caring. So sad we lost a great artist. He had some nasty people around him for sure. And I don't mean The Simpson's." which was very sweet. Shame her co-star Harry Shearer believes the lies and even insulted genuine abuse survivors on Twitter who tried to show him proof he was wrong. Anyways yeah great interview. :) Have a nice day.

Michael Jackson was a one of a kind human being, beyond the art, he was a spectacular person.. never to be seen again. As Wade Robson said (back when he was still honest).. he was the “pure goodness of humankind”.
Amazing interview congrats and thank you! Subscribed to your channel, me being a huge Michael Jackson fan of course would love to win a personally signed book by Mr. M. Bush. 🤞🏽😊🙏🏼
