I'm fine with the subpoena being required. It really doesn't matter who you are, the government is not your friend and you should not answer a cop's questions unless legally required to. Also, we should be investigating the person that was actually in charge of securing the event. The director wasn't that person and most likely only knows what that person told her. Her only involvement before the shooting was most likely just her approval of that person a year or two ago.

It is entirely plausible that that person could have intentionally acted without the knowledge of Cheadle, or that they could have been not competent for the task. That isn't to say that Cheadle shouldn't be questioned and held to account - she absolutely 100% should be. But so should the person who was in charge of security at the rally that day.

They 100% knew he was a threat , the ss sniper had his scope on him for like 3 min before he fired , the scopes they use are higher than 8x so at that distance (140yds) they could clearly see crooks and his rifle aiming at trump , they knew AND had already aimed at him , idk if the sniper was told to hold fire or not but I do know they don't need permission to shoot a threat so as soon as the sniper seen the rifle he could have fired

To illustrate a bit : the scope the ss sniper has on his rifle was capable of reading the serial number on the rifle at that distance, ive got a 4 to 12x scope on my target rifle and you can read a stamp at that distance , that's how "zoomed in" you can see through a high power rifle scope
