1 package of ready-made pie crusts (phyllo dough)
3 eggs
200 ml of yogurt
200 ml of carbonated mineral water
80-100 ml of oil
450 g of cheese
+ 1 egg and a little yogurt for coating
sesame
Bake at 200 C for about 30 min
