• 500 g flour (type 405) (approx. 4 cups all-purpose flour)
• 20 g fresh yeast (approx. 0.7 ounces)
• 80 g sugar (approx. ⅓ cup)
• 250 ml lukewarm milk (approx. 1 cup)
• 80 g butter (approx. ⅓ cup)
• 1 egg
• 1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for the topping:
• 1 kg fresh plums (pitted and quartered) (approx. 2.2 pounds)
• 50 g sugar (approx. ¼ cup)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Ingredients for the vanilla pudding:
• 500 ml milk (about 2 cups)
• 1 packet vanilla pudding powder (about 1.5 oz or 43 g)
• 40 g sugar (about 3 tablespoons)
