The presentation of this product is great, but the product itself is actually very poorly designed. I don't see how building an overly engineered and expensive system of rails and cars with rotating cockpits removes traffic and pollution from our cities. The problem with traffic and pollution is that there are too many private cars on the roads, this product doesn't change that, it just makes it more expensive to maintain all that car infrastructure. Some kind of bicycle or tram system would be a better and more realistic solution to the problem he's trying to solve. We designers have a great responsibility as creators to help solve the problems of our society in a sustainable way, to me, it seems that his school is more worried about teaching students about how to make things look pretty and cool than to actually design good solutions.
