Working at the library faxing is a service we offer. We seriously have 6-7 people A DAY who come in needing to fax. It infuriates me every time I have to send one.
Listened to this episode with my 10 year old son on our way from Western Wisconsin to Ames Iowa for the BYU vs ISU men’s bball game. It was hilarious. Then on the way home at midnight, I pass a sign for Dike/New Hartford on the highway and all i can hear is Brad “DIIIIKKKKEE”. Kept me awake on the drive home
my sister has lived in England for over 20 yrs now. She says their bacon is not good and always looks forward to eating bacon when she's state side. I'll be sure she gets to have the best AMERICAN made bacon from Good Ranchers when she's here later this year!! ☺🥓
Such good points about school buses and no seatbelts!! That still exists!? 🤯 I, too, was in a bus accident growing up. The bus driver was going too fast around a curve on a gravel road when it was raining out, and the bus tipped over! Thankfully, no one was severely injured but it was so scary!! Also, call me old, but I still use Pandora and Red Box as a millenial and enjoy them both! 😂

I'm an attorney, and yes, I loath when opposing counsel faxes something to me. The only benefit is that it's date and time stamped, but so are emails! I tell pro se people to just take a picture and email it to me, sometimes it looks odd, but you're right, Brad, it's still fine.

I work for State government and rely on fax quite a bit yet 🤣. The fact that Timon doesn't know this literally makes me LOL! my dad even had a fax machine at our bowling alley. Also - I worked at a fast food restaurant in high school & the owner told me to take a chocolate break any time others were taking a smoke break 😝. These days, sadly, it sounds like smoking is better than vaping ---- both are disgusting to me though! People who correct others grammar! That still exists? (YES!) Guarantee, the broader and more common term, is both a verb and a noun. The narrower term, guaranty, today appears mostly in banking and other financial contexts; it seldom appears in nonlegal writing.
Term limits would alleviate the age issue. Do we really believe they’ll vote to give up power though? Nope! They make too much money via their inside trades. Should be 8- 10 year limit in all positions!! Less time to become corrupt and multi-millionaires when only making $150k/ year.
