Unwritten rule, if you haven’t watched something, you can’t ask others if they had. 1) it implies that you already watched it. 2) it implies you’re ready to talk about it. 3) can’t let anyone’s experience impact what you want or don’t want to watch.

Cats are my FAVORITE! And Tim is sort of right. You have to get to know the cat or trust the cat parents to know that cat haha. My cat will beg for pets, loving the pets, and out of no where - she bites me! (Overwhelmed, they get overwhelmed. Nick it’s like they get anxiety and gotta get out! lol)
Remember: it is the job of the Communicator (first person to text/speak) to be clear to the Communicatee (second person to text/talk). The Communicatee should only need to ask clarifying questions if they feel like they are misunderstanding. If the communication from the communicator appears clear to the communicatee then follow up questions most likely will not happen thus sometimes ending in miscommunication. Happens all the time. PS. I am a 31 female, and Anger, Anxiety and Sadness definitely fight over my panel. I lost my mom at 23 and my older brother at 30, but I feel Joy is always there watching everything happen. Joy is always trying to calm everyone down. I feel like Joy became Hope as an adult.

Sorry Nick, but u were in the wrong. If someone began a text thread asking if I watched something yet,it implies they wish to discuss in detail. Unless, u said please NO Spoilers, I am trying to find time to watch it.... How would anyone not with u, know u started the conversation and then lost the mood and went to the shower. It doesn't make you bad, but u r in the wrong. Next time begin with, I am excited to watch and discuss, is it okay if I let u know when I am done. Like most people, we are family of different brains. We are very careful to clearly state our expectations. Unless ur family/friends are clairvoyant - in which case...have on.
Anger is a great motivator. It doesn't mean that you are someone who yells all the time but it gives you a "fire" to get things done. Anger helps with determination and that's great!

There's so much to go on when analyzing the Inside Out emotions! If you look at Riley's mom and dad, their respective "captains" of headquarters are Sadness and Anger - but they're more nuanced than the ones in Riley's head. Mom's leader is Sadness, not because she's sad or depressed, but because Sadness has the most empathy! Dad's headquarters is run by Anger, but he's not an angry or violent person - it's because Anger also represents passion and protectiveness!

I love cats. I love dogs. I love angry cats. I can't stand angry dogs. I've spent basically my entire life learning cat and dog behavior, so I definitely can read them. I would say dogs are way more unpredictable than cats! Justice for cats!!
My sister's cat does this as well at times (also a black cat, not sure if that matters like with orange cats or tuxedo cats) but I feel the sudden attack has to do with not having gotten enough attention/playtime.
My observation from watching yrs of videos & without of course knowing him personally is Tim overall doesn't get defensive. Instead will just let things go to diffuse or to prevent a conversation from escalating & just let the other person have the last word & voice their opinion.

I don’t think the answer to the question “what emotion leads when something bad happens?“ Is necessarily the emotion that runs your head I mean, who, in their right mind, would have the emotion of joy when something bad happens?

I’m hoping to run into you guys. We live in Vegas and are flying in and will be staying at hotel next to the convention center. Also gonna do a Disneyland/ DCA day on that Sunday. Getting excited! I think as a kid my main emotion I suppose would be somewhere between sadness and embarrassment. I was a very shy child so I was pretty withdrawn unless I was hanging out by myself and then I would say that Joy was in control. But for the most part I would say shy and is that an emotion? Or is it a personality trait? And then I would say as I got older it was definitely definitely a mix between embarrassment and anxiety. And at this point I feel like it is anxiety, embarrassment and joy. I can't say that one rules more than others. I will have to ask my significant other what he thinks. I feel like my knee-jerk reaction to things positive or negative are more positive than negative and it tends to be out of a place if maybe sadness and not wanting to get in the way of people. So sadness and embarrassment again. This is a hard game. Overall I would say anxiety.

Nick, MK needs more healthy options in foods. I like the Tex Mex only because it is slightly better to eat. Someone who is missing a gallbladder has very little choices at MK.
I find it hard to imagine Tim or Jen dominantly angry. To me, both of them seem to be run by Joy. If Disney did a live action of Inside out, Jen would literally be the best to play the role of Joy. Maybe this is the power of editing at work, but they both seem so calm and positive ❤
A baby bird got trapped in our garage one time and I was finally able to get it out and I tried to feed it and I tried bread but it was making a sound that I had never heard before, Im guessing that was the call for help lol but the mom or dad bird swooped down fast and got the back of my head, That was startling 😂

The thing is that if you don't want to be spoiled on something that is brand new, you have to be specific in conversation and say NO SPOILERS. Nick is definitely in the wrong here. But with social media, spoilers will always be around. I was spoiled when Force Awakens came out on Twitter and it actually didn't ruin my enjoyment of the movie, it just sucked that I knew something was going to happen to a big character at some point.
