I feel like this is another great demonstration of the fact that people who think weird and unsettling art has a hidden agenda, or that it's hinting at some sinister organizations pulling the strings, just deeply underestimate the power of artists with creepy in their head to put creepy on the screen.

Fifteen minutes in, and I still haven't figured out the point of this.

So what I got from this was that Poppy meant Pop and she's playing a character meant to resemble pop itself. She's trying to tell us not to feed into these popular things like the commercials we see on tv and the things we see on the internet. She's trying to tell us to almost like branch off from these things and open our eyes?

Every time I watch a poppy video I immediately scroll down to the comment section to feel "safe" .

An abusive jackass "handler" made these same videos with another girl until she left him bc she couldn't take it. Then he recreated the videos with another girl (poppy) and she hung in there for whatever reasons. It's simple, that's everything in a nutshell.

Yeah, it’s trippy seeing this now, knowing what Titanic Sinclair actually is, and knowing that Poppy has become more established as a musician

remember when everyone was so scared of her? 🤣 i’m just so happy that she’s more comfortable with herself now, and how she continues to create music based on what she wants without anybody telling her what to do. she basically went from this sweet demonic girl to a much edgier theme but more. . . human. i was highkey scared of her when this stuff is going ’round, but now i can’t deny i love her. that’s some character development right there.

After watching this and seeing Titanic Sinclair in a way, I feel Poppy is an art project to get people to "wake up" to superficiality. It seems he himself seems a little sickened by society's love of idols, so it is a mockery of people...but done with intent to make people question themselves and reflect deeper on how vapid some people have become.

Poppy is only trolling your curiosity. You watch her character because you’re trying to figure out what she’s doing. Also she has an excellent video editor and director. It’s art trolling art. That’s all it is. It’s disposable media.

I only discovered this channel at the start of quarantine. I'm sure I've seen almost every video. This remains one of the creepiest. In an entertaining way, of course.

I think this video is just overanalysing a bit

If you notice, her first three videos have her acting like a normal teen. Then a new video is released titled "he loves me not". This is her transition from a normal teen into a celebrity Hollywood God. From then on all of her videos became self centered and "poppy"

Lmao, Poppy is a "metal" singer and songwriter nowadays. All these odd things she posts have a deep connection with her troubled past, just like the lyrics, she said.

GUYS THIS VIDEO IS FROM 4 YRS AGO WHY ARE THE COMMENTS SO RECENT !! Poppy makes content that is different now, if you check out her channel. She doesn't post as often anymore, but Poppy was NOT safe during the time of this video. She was being gaslighted/abused by her boyfriend who happened to be her director (Titanic Sinclair) who had a history of abuse. She is safe now, she broke up with Titanic a few months ago and is with a better person. She also creates more alternative music.

I know it was 2016 BUT, she changed, literally. I like that change. She's really sweet in-person, and she breaks her character pretty often. I like her new music as well... She feels a lot more...Alive!

Now that we know the truth, we know Titanic wasn't just her manager but also her boyfriend. He was abusive and manipulative and controlled all of her content (which he stole from his former protege and the Mars Argo project). Sinclair also bullied and harassed Argo; including hacking her RU-vid and social media accounts to delete all of he and Argos previous works to ensure no one would claim Poppy was copying Argo. Poppy herself (probably at the insistence of Sinclair) has also made underlying jabs at Argo in her video, most notably in 3:36 where poppy keeps saying "it's 3:36, what does it mean? im late". The final video posted on Mars Argo channel was 3:36 in length. Argo sued Sinclair and Poppy, and the case was settled out of court, allowing Argo to regain creative rights. This also explains why Poppys videos went in a darker direction, and her music style changed from bubble gum, to what I call (bubble gum metal) as she was no longer allowed to use the character type originally created by Argo and Sinclair.

I went to her concert and meet and greet a few days ago. She is really nice.

For those who don't know, the whole That Poppy act was a Titanic Sinclair's and Poppy's idea, it was all a PR stunt. In reality, she was being gaslighted by Titanic, who has a history with this and abuse. She's now officially unaffiliated with him (I believe) and puts out some pretty sick alternative music that she wants to make instead of what others wanted :)

Before Poppy used to be Mars Argo, another song writer and a singer. Mars Argo met Titanic Sinclair back in Jan of 2009 and later on February 2009, they launched their own channel and made their own channel similar to Poppy's but around in November 2014, Sinclair left Mars Argo and started working on Poppy. That is where poppy privated all of her videos on RU-vid that we're made until November 2014. If i gave not lotsa info watch Primink's video titled The RU-vidr who stole her entire identity Poppy vs Mars Argo. The channel of Mars Argo is grocerybagdottv and she privated ALL of her videos but only 3 of them are still up. On April 2018, Argo made a lawsuit against Poppy and Sinclair. Beacuse Sinclair abused Argo, Poppy for stealing her content Also A-Okay used to be a Mars Argo song.

I think you missed the point. Mars Argo and Poppy are the same project, and that's why the Poppy's channel creation date match with TS and MA. They are all connected at some point.
