Another stoopid cop who does not know the Miranda decision. Per SCOTUS, Miranda decision: "taken into custody or otherwise deprived of his freedom of action in any significant way." A person DOES NOT have to be arrested in order to invoke the Miranda case. A cop saying " hey you, wait a minute" constitutes "deprived of freedom of action". Cops and their "unlawful orders" constitutes "deprived of freedom of action". Another part of Miranda is that if you demand a lawyer then they MUST STOP asking questions.

Officer should of arrest you, you were takeing pictures of the mechanics of the gate, knowing law enforcement would be called, so you can make your y/t viedo, no first admendment auditor here, just personal gain

DHS (2018) memo states it's not illegal to film government buildings or airports including checkpoints. Filming a gate to include it's mechanism isn't a crime. And your ridiculous statement about filming for "Personal gain" is just as ignorant. Every citizen has a 1st amendment right to be press. No one cares that CNN or ABC films for corporate gain but if a private citizen does it it's somehow a bad thing.
