It's biofilm/bioburden that stills on there when they assemble the sets or individual instruments. The surgical technician responsible for checking all the supplies and surgery instruments making sure that it's clean when they set up the surgery room before the patient enters the surgery room. I am a Certified Central Service Technician, I verify that surgical techs and nurses wouldn't let that passed by and will definitely call us letting us know that it is containminated and definitely send up another replacement up to them. It is also written up against the person who did that tray or instrument up. They'll likely tear down the room and setup again. We used biological vials and control for each steam sterilizers, v-pro, and sterrad for sterilize the surgery instruments. Everything is accountable and trackable in our computer system. Managements do audits. I am not sure of how other countries verify, keep tracks, and maintain and uphold standards and regulations of surgical instruments. I highly suggests not to do surgeries outside out of US but people still do it because it's cheaper. My perspective is your life is worth more than a cheaper procedure best to avoid if it's not neccessary. Blotch procedure and your life at stake isn't a laughing joke. Choose wisely.

Omg! Alot of plastic surgery gone wrong because these ladies went and did it in another country. Avoid doing plastic surgery especially in Laos and Thailand. Not sure if Thailand have regulations but Laos definitely DON'T! Ladies, if you're going to do plastic surgery, do your research and don't go cheap, only do it in the USA where there's regulations. Sounds like your body is allergic. They do have cases that the body reject the foreign object in your body. They get so sick and could not figure out what is going on until they run into someone with knowledge and then they were saved but they never are the same.
