Hey Serge, like your content so thought I’d leave some constructive criticism. You speak a lot in your videos about how valuable it is for YOU to have us “partner” with you and how much YOU can gain e.g. having a portfolio of companies doing 9-figures a year, which I always cringe at… Just shows that you’re not so much interested in the people paying you getting awesome results, but more about what they can do FOR you. The opposite of customer-centric. Also, why on earth is it beneficial for a client to give you a piece of their business for you to go and take the insights from their hard work and create competitors for them? Paying for that privilege, is nuts. Even if these are your true intentions, I think it’s weird that you say it out loud lol. Marketing 101 is what’s in it for me (ie the client, not the person doing the selling).
Love the feedback! This video was more straight to the point & not focused on breaking down the WHAT you get as a client, so can totally be taken the wrong way. Secondly if you’re partner - and we build a product together - it’s a joint venture and win win for both.
All these vids all look the same. They all sound like NFT MLM biz opportunities. All about how much money someone can make without any emphasis on the value that’s being created. No one is talking about how to create amazing service offerings/products. Or positioning But I get it: my man Serge gotta hit the algo and this is what gets the click. But godamn. Everyone is creating the same flippin’ content. No authenticity, no rawness. No original content. Everyone is copying each other It’s simple people: decide if you want DONE-WITH-YOU or DONE-FOR-YOU, then choose a vertical niche, create a $100M offer à la Hormozi, work on positioning, have a documented SOP detailing how clients are generated, create content and run ads at the same time.
