To your H and M and Forever 21 being similar question, its actually really interesting. Both "Fashion houses" operate on a 3-5 month design cycle (a brand like Balenciaga operates 18-24 months out) this Fast fashion is super cheap and turn around time is done through certain factories (there's overlap between Forever 21 and H and M due to competition) For this reason, some of the shirts that are nearly identical may be cheaper at one place vs the other due to a competing factory coming in a lower bid that what might have been offered to Forever 21 or vice versa.

I work at H&M, and Forever 21 is actually notorious for having people come in and look at books that the workers have and taking the product ideas so they come out at competitive times and prices #ShadyAF
Great video, you should make an outfit from Topman, i know that sore is a little more pricey than the others but you shoud make an outfit without setting a price limit.
