1000gr. flour
750ml. water
5gr. yeast
5gr. sugar
15gr. salt
Macedonian kebab
350gr. beef meat
600gr. pork meat
150gr. pork fat
salt, black paper, oil, dried red pepper. soda, bug, corn flour.
all this is mixed with the meat and left to stand for 4 hours.
