The estimated cost to run the Las Vegas Sphere at its peak power usage of 28 MW, for 10 hours a day over an average month, is approximately $1,428,000. That assumes the Sphere operates at this peak capacity continuously for the specified hours each day at the local electricity rate of $0.17 per kWh.
Distracts = your fault, driver should focus on the road and whats around it to be safe and make other ppl safe, not on a fookin gigantic sphere, its not a flashlight it was projected to dont flash drivers.
I read a comment on another vid about it, "looks like a good place to cast spells on millions of unsuspecting souls" and truer words have never been spoken.
It's going to completely redefine live entertainment when it opens. The experience is going melt peoples brains. They have an insane amount of audio and visual technology.
I was on the ferris wheel at night before they opened the sphere or announced it so when I saw this giant black void at night it was a little unnerving since I didn't know what it was.
Beyonce's team is looking into a possible residency for her in the sphere. She also has the money and can sale out seats in stadiums. MATTERS PEACE&LOVE
@@chalke007 See, they spent [edit] $2.3 billion dollars during an economic crisis. Most projects like stadiums & venues are the first stopped due to excess costs. That they pressed on through that means money likely isn’t their end goal - they’ve already got plenty.
Massive joke all this global warming talk when you see this, cutting down carbon emissions? How much electricity will this take to run yet there's people struggling to pay there electric bills to just run there home.10 watts per bulb do the maths.........
@Maam.Splainin this is what you all are focused on instead of actually making our country a better place. You are the problem. This is a giant distraction for drivers.
U2 has the unique distinction of going from the most underrated band in the early 80s to the most overrated band jn the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, and incredibly the 2020s.
2.3 Billion could feed the poor, build homes for the homeless, give scholarships for those in need, build hospice, research to cure diseases etc. Not Cool at All. Lord have mercy on this wicked 🖤 world. 😢😢😢
Creepy, stupid and a waste of money! We have a homeless crisis, Vets are sleeping on the streets, children and battered women are hungry and homeless. Yet, this is how they choose to spend 2.3 billion? I'm so sick of the nonsense, lack of wisdom and waste in this country 😢
😂 it’s bad when you’re known as that band that put their album on people’s phone without their permission. It wasn’t easy to get off either. We’ll never forget
I don’t know how and when, but I assure you, SOMEONE is gonna crack that things code open, and it’s gonna be that p*rn on the target store’s speakers all over again but at 100 times the intensity.
It’s nice but man 2.3 billion dollars can help the homeless situation in Vegas and surrounding communities. It’s a travesty how the American people spend their money?!
I'd put the data that shows how many hungry and needy people could've been fed and cared for for the disgusting amount wasted on the building on the screen. Gross
Imagine how much money it’s making for the people who where part of the making of it and the future jobs involved in it. Stop donating other people’s money and donate your own, Oprah.
Why do people keep harping on a company using PRIVATE FUNDING to build a business venture? Imagine this, imagine that. Imagine if Oprah donated all her money to the homeless? Imagine if all the uber wealthy Democrats let homeless people live in their mansions? Give me a break.
Imagine if you'd died how much less waste and pollution would there be on this planet. 😂 that structure created employment, tourism and revenue for people stop whining and ask your politicians to stop donating money to Ukraine you could use that for your veterans.
And yet people live in tents in California. And yet people live in slums in NY. And yet blah blah blah. You could say the same about ANY major city with expensive entertainment venues but you don't because you're a predictable, self-righteous drone.
I lived in Vegas for 20 years. I experienced more than one hailstorm. They lasted less than three minutes. I don't remember any reports of damage. But you’re right. It only takes one impossible, act of God to mock the creations of man. Still, I doubt it's that fragile.
Just because you're rich, doesn't mean you NEED to give it to uselesshomeless people.....what a waste of money😂. I would've used my money for something like this too lmaoo
@@sseli727 the time they call the "golden age" in USA when we were collectively the most well off, was when the rich people were taxed heavily. Now the rich are barely taxed and that's why we get stuff like this with a booming homeless population right next to it.
