It’s a combination between the deck tracker’s not only telling people what the best cards are, they will tell a player how they should approach playing their deck, the bucket system making the decks stale by offering the same cards to everyone, and streamers advertising the deck helpers, to the point where EVERYONE uses them. If there was more variety in the buckets that people were offered, it might be easier to beat the bad players consistently, even with their deck helpers, but there just isn’t. It reminds me of when the bucket system first came out, and you could sometimes get offered the same 3 cards 5-6 times in one draft. Only now, it’s more like everyone gets a set amount of “good” cards, and hard to find synergies between cards get harder to find because there’s less actually tough choices to make in the draft.
