There was a time I had so .uch problems with leg cramps .It was so bad it would start with my toes all bending underneath my feet. Sometimes the cramp will start from my ankle, and mostly at night when I was asleep . I use to jump out of bed in real pain putting my feet on the cold floor. Sometimes wetting my frri with water or sapping it with Castoroil. I had come to realise it was what I ate and the time of the nighI am more careful now.At times it will give a little signal but not much. Thanks for the enlightening us😮
