i just made the better version of the build VESPERIAN PRE SHRINE: 40 Strength 1 Fortitude 40 Agility 0 Intel 1 Willpower 60 Charisma 1 Light Weapon 1 Flamecharm (manual obtain) Post Shrine: 20 Strength 50 Fortitude 25 Agility 0 Intel 40 Willpower 35 Charisma 80 Flamecharm 77 Light Weapon (If you want nullifying clarity, go khan and put 5 into intel)
pre shrine - 40 strength, 50 fort, 40 agil, 60 chrisma, 1 light, 13 flame, 1 fort after shrine - 28 strength, 28 fort, 28 agil, 40 will, 35 chrisma, 80 flame, 88 light race - vesperian armor-prophet's cloak do the bomb quest and take pocket bomb +5hp take all the posture talents - should get 10 posture + 2 posture from innate talents 6 vit and put whatever you want boons and flaws - scrapper and steadfast, simple(cuz it do nothing) DON'T TAKE PHONEIX FALME AND DAZING FINISHER
pre shrine im guessing is 40 strength 40 agility 55 charisma 50 fortitude 1 light 11 flame charm 3 willpower (You're going vesperian) Get Unwavering, Showstopper, Ghost all charm talents besides dazing finisher, exo, to the finish, conditioned runner if you can Post-shrine 28 fort, strength, agility, then 75 flame charm for the talents and mantras after get 40 will power and then uncap and get oathless and 93 weapon 6 vit and maybe 2 erudition and 4 Proficiency

Pre shrine : 10 Flame on start 40 Str 50 fort 40 agility 55 Charisma get all good rares from all these, pick up the full charm caster set without dazing, instead pick bulldozer, get ghost. now 1 point into light and willpower, shrine at power 12 After shrine: 40 points into willpower, 80 into flame, get all the good flame talents, all speed boosts talent, azure flames and finish with 90-91 light delete my shi if you're cooked
@@esylum2449 if you get 1 flame you get 97 points into light after shrine but it's not that big of a deal, just rather go 10 for the comfortability, manipulator is also useless, since the first hit of the crit would use it up and not reapply anything
Judgin from the video he has showstopper ghost and probably overcharm judging from him taking less damge or reinforced armor maybe narcissist for more crit damage although he doesnt have unnecessary theactrics so charisma cpuld just be 25 for thuant the rest you can make up. The build could also be a pen build with either int or str

@@carlosvaZzz tbh, i never saw him use any strength talents in the video, and it makes sense, you never really flourish with rapier, showstopper is useless, and spine cutter is so rare to land that it's not worth the 20 points
