My journey of self-improvement started with reading zen habits....it just got me to think how I changed my life as a result. 6 years ago I was a smoker (weed smoker as well), constantly beating myself up over my shortcomings, no physical exercise, perpetually depressed and getting into relationships that were either wrong for me or simply toxic.... negative self talk was big part of my challenges....I'm a nonsmoker now, I exercise regularly, I went to college and up skilled, I bought a house, I eat well and I'm working on adding meditation to my routine. I have both of you to thank for this. It's a never ending journey of self discovery, self improvement, self love and having acces to content like yours is an invaluable tool. Thank you both Leo and Louis ❤️

Wow the short was great from this video, but the whole interview was really beautiful and impactful. So many great take aways. I loved how Leo says the habit process is a learning process, which is so true. The more we do it the more we learn. Learning to self-soothe helps on so many levels especially when it comes to responding and not reacting. Taking time to interact and engage your inner child on a daily basis makes everything around you feel so much lighter and brighter. He is so spot on when he says you just feel alive. That story with your dad though Lewis was so beautiful and really stood out all on its own. To think about the difference his thoughtfulness brought into those in his community around him is such a great memory to be able to hold close to your heart. When we can think of the care and consideration that our loved ones show to ourselves and others it makes us appreciate them so much more. Oftentimes people highlight the bad, but when we all really think about it there is also a lot of good. When we start reflecting on and remembering those moments we begin to form habits of positivity, gratitude and appreciation.💛 Excellent clip kudos to you both for sharing your own personal greatness with this community, so that we can all continue to work towards achieving our own.🙌👏✨🎉
