I have 12k kills, 20 bomb and 4k damage on mirage and I still am learning how to master him. He’s fun af and can be useful but it’s just so tough compared to how much better the other characters are. Keep it up tho. You got this!

I hope you see this comment though..I watched the vid and have a few more tips. 1. Do not climb objects or hurdle them when in ult, immediately identifies you. 2. Never allow yourself to die with the ult in your pocket. It's always available so use it. 3. Control the decoy at all times. You may not need to immediately but after your initial use of it and you no longer need it, control it then. You'll get bamboozles from 100s of meter behind you that alerts you. Mirage in the right hands is OP.
As a fellow mirage main with over 1k kills and I didn’t start playing apex until season 13 he’s the only legend I’m half decent with and I also have so much too learn
Its hard because he actually takes skill and thought. Im a Mirage main. Because you need to think what the enemy would probably think is the right one. You have to make them overwhelmed basically
as a Iana main in R6 and a mirage/wattson main I do agree it takes skill and thought. my thought process is to throw my clones in a direction where there is heavy fire to distract, and also behind cover. The way i use the ultimate is by looking in a random direction that is not obvious so it confuses the enemy way more and they have to REALLY guess who is who, while they are guessing just keep zigzagging. always works in the open for me.

The first time I picked mirage up I think I dropped a 3k. He’s so fun I swear if you’re good with messing with peoples heads you’ll love him. I’m glad he’s getting a buff I’m about to be a mirage main

I started playing Mirage because I could never kill one in any matches I played. Knowing what I know now about his abilities and strategies, I finally realize just how screwed I am. Fighting fire with fire am I right?
That's honestly my downfall when playing a vantage from a far distance. Her scanner will tell you if it's a decoy or the real thing. It's fair, but not fair at the same time.
the more I watch mirage gameplay the more similarity's I see with wattson and mirage, its all about making creative plays and trying to figure out how to outsmart your opponent.
Like it already lol if you know nothing about the legend, and how to use their abilities, look it up! I personally think Mirage is pretty awesome (even though he could use some work!) because he's the only legend with this trickster ability. I also like that if you pop your ult at the right moment you can confuse most Seer players. I remember I had an incident in ranked where this Mirage popped his ult from height, and his teammates dropped down as well. Because they were all wearing similar colored skins it took me a moment to figure out who was shooting me and where it was coming from lol I had to applaud such a great ult (intentionally planned or not)
I don't think it's possible to completely master him in that amount of time there's a lot of little tricks and strategy that goes into being good with mirage especially in higher skill play. Not many good mirage players but when you do meet one there a force to be reckoned with lmao but when you are good with him he's one of the best 1v3 legends in the game it's all about breaking line of sight before ulting. Even highest skill player can take a few seconds to find the Real mirage if they didn't see you ult first just enough time to oneclip. Also another tip is to try to if you're not ready to shoot don't look directly at who your planning to shoot after ulting because it gives you away if you're looking directly at them most times
Ok I’m a new mirage main originally a wraith main over 8k kills 4k dmg mirage is a blast way better then he was in older seasons he is dope asl only tip i can say is abuse the decoys they are his best tool mirage best tool is not having a bunch of abilities mirage focuses on gun skills which is the best with wraith i tend to phase out mid fight becuz i just use her get out of jail free card terrible but mirage u get yourself in a f’d up place gotta fight your way out alot more satisfying getting high kill games wraith is fun but boring at the same time her heirloom is the only reason i still play her time to time I regret getting gibby heirloom bangalore n ravenants
