Getting the Char-cadet evolution lines is hard to get them by battling some trainers and rocket grunt that random chance for psychic and ghost type

Maybe you should think about mentioning that most shadow pokemon from raids (poliwrath for example) have terrible pvp ivs for GL and UL, that you cant change, since you cant trade shadows

Both Kyogre and Groudon are the best in their own type. For raids specificially I prefer Groudon. Kyogre has some other nice advantages. It depends on what you plan on doing with them

After I do a raid and I get the white pokeballs, I'm almost never able to catch the 4 or 5 star pokemon. It doesn't matter how many berries I throw or how good the throw actually is, it always escapes. How can I stop that from happening?

Do you use golden berry ? If no , then do it as it increases the chance Do you aim for great or excellent throws ? They increase the chance a lot Do you throw curveball throws ? If no , then practice them , they increase the chances If you are already using these 3 techniques and still not able to catch it , then idts there are any other ways
