The #1 Ullr is a SOLO LANER? 

It’s not necessary to go trans first because you gain stacks from dealing damage not last hitting minions. So therefore it’s not worth it to rush it because that item is not gold efficient until it is stacked and it will stack faster with more damage items built. So you usually build trans 2nd item but you can even as late as 4th item now and still stack it decently efficient. But ideally you build it late enough to where it doesn’t ruin your early game but early enough to be useful in the mid game
