Not trying to be rude, but I don't think she's religious, so I don't know if she will do this. I honestly feel like Ramadan is just really weird, but that's just because I don't do it. To cool your flat I highly recommend getting a portable air conditioning unit (not a ‘air cooler’ as they don’t work as well) I got one for £350 when I was pregnant in the heat of the summer, it was a life saver!!

On the McDonald’s website you can edit things out after you’ve added what you’ve ate to the nutrient calculator thing. So for next time ... just click on the ingredients under the food you’ve added to customise and e.g take pancakes and syrup off and that will tell you how many calories is in an extra piece of sausage (135 cals), it’s honestly a life saver xx

What you should have done is go for high calorie foods that don't make you feel full . For example a bag of haribos is 1000 calories and feels like nothing in the stomach. Or some fudge sweets. Or even a tub of ice cream 😉
